Our Community

Two distinct neighborhoods united in one welcoming association.

Life at Mohawk Trails

Our community of 33 residences offers the comfort of well-maintained homes in one of the Capital Region's most desirable towns.

The Mohawk Trails Homeowners Association comprises two charming neighborhoods in Niskayuna, NY. Developed between 1994 and 1996, the community blends the convenience of townhome living with the character of upstate New York's Mohawk Valley.

Each homeowner holds title in fee simple to their lot and is an automatic member of the Association. An annual assessment funds shared services including professional landscaping, snow removal, property insurance, and community management.

The residences are serviced by the Town of Niskayuna and Schenectady County, which provide police and fire protection, public water and sewer, public library, public schools, and social services.
