About Our Community
The Mohawk Trails Homeowners Association (MTHOA) is made up of 33 residences, located on two separate streets in the town of Niskayuna, NY. Twenty-three carriage homes are located on Nott Street East and ten townhomes are located on Balltown Road.
The community was developed between 1994–1996 and is situated in the heart of the predominantly residential Town of Niskayuna, with convenient access to both the Adirondack Northway (I-87) and the New York State Thruway.
